Sharon Lang

Sharon Lang is Principal and Director of Human Resources, Sharon leads PGAL’s HR team and oversees many of the administrative functions. Having joined the firm in 1990, Sharon wears many hats and has been instrumental in PGAL’s culture, growth, and expansion. She is the go-to person for every department at every level as a trusted advisor and is widely known as the “company mom.”

Sharon is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management, HR Houston, and the California Chamber of Commerce. She is also active with the North Houston Association, serving as a long-time committee member and volunteer for their annual golf tournament.
