Lisa Roberts

Lisa Roberts is an experienced professional currently serving as an Employment Coach at SERCO INC since December 2019 and as an Employee Benefits Specialist at Pierce Group Benefits since April 2016. In the role at Pierce Group Benefits, Lisa enrolls employees in benefits while analyzing and customizing programs to meet client needs. Previously, Lisa worked as a Transition Assistance Facilitator at GBX Consultants, Inc. from April 2014 to December 2019 and as a Life Insurance Field Underwriter at NAA Life from January 2009 to January 2016. Lisa's educational background includes pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Change at Liberty University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Tennessee Temple University and a Master of Arts in Instructional Leadership from Tennessee Technological University.
