Nancy Sodano, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in benefits analysis and account management. Currently serving as a Benefit Analyst at Pierce Group Benefits since September 2022, Nancy has a strong background in analyzing employee health care plans, managing benefit renewals, and resolving client issues. Previously, Nancy worked as an Account Manager at The Sorin Group and as a Benefits Specialist at JRW Associates, where responsibilities included supporting account management and creating presentations for client meetings. Nancy's career began at IBM and includes roles in customer service project management at Nortel and Bell Northern Research. Nancy holds a Master of Business Administration from Meredith College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
