Matt Pierce has over 20 years of leadership experience in the building maintenance and restoration industry. Matt founded and served as President of PIERCE Property Services since June 2013, where they led a team of professionals dedicated to providing property restoration and maintenance solutions. Prior to that, they founded and served as General Manager of Fish Window Cleaning in the Greater Boston area, growing it to become the largest residential window cleaning operation in New England from October 2004 to May 2013. Matt also held a position on the Board of Directors of PWNA - Power Washers of North America from January 2013 to June 2013, representing power washing contractors in the industry. Earlier in their career, they served as an executive director on the Board of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) from January 2009 to June 2013, where they chaired the annual convention committee and served on the OSHA Alliance implementation team.
Matt Pierce has a Bachelor's degree in Business MIS from Northeastern University.
