Ranjith K V

Ranjith K V is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Team Lead - HRBP for the eCommerce Division at Pierian Services since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading HR functions for a growing business unit with 600 Chartered accountants. Previously, Ranjith worked at Flipkart as Lead HRBP from November 2018 to August 2021, managing HR for over 900 employees across multiple lines of business and leading a team of five executives. Prior roles include Senior Executive HR at Hinduja Global Solutions, where Ranjith focused on sourcing techniques and bulk hiring, and HR - L&D at Seventh Sense Talent Solutions, responsible for training students. Ranjith is also the founder of Tech-sense, a business vertical developed from scratch. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lean Specialist at Origin Inc., where training on Lean concepts was conducted. Ranjith holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Acharya.
