Umesh Hegde

Umesh Hegde currently serves as a Manager at Pierian Services since January 2023, having previously held the position of Assistant Controller. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive in Indirect Tax at KPMG India from July 2021 to January 2023, Senior Executive in Taxation at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd. from September 2018 to June 2021, and Account Executive at Salarpuria Sattva from February 2017 to August 2018. Umesh began professional training as an Articleship Trainee at Kupendra & Associates from July 2013 to October 2016. Umesh possesses in-depth knowledge in Direct Taxes and Financial Reporting, along with a strong understanding of indirect tax laws. Educational qualifications include Chartered Accountant studies at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B.Com degree from Mangalore University and Poornaprajna College.
