Rupali Pathak, PHR

Rupali Pathak, PHR has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Rupali most recently served as the Director HR - People Operations India at Velsera since April 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of HR Director and Head Of Human Resources at Edutech Lab, Inc. / EduLab Group from October 2021 to April 2022.

From June 2017 to October 2021, Rupali worked as the General Manager - Human Resources at Thomas Cook India Limited. In 2017, they briefly served as a Consultant at Marigold People Management Services. Rupali also gained experience as a Group Manager - Human Resources at KPIT from September 2014 to November 2016 and as a Senior HR Business Partner at BNY Mellon - iNautix Technologies from July 2013 to September 2014.

Rupali Pathak, PHR completed their Masters in Industrial Psychology at the University of Mumbai from 1996 to 1998. Prior to that, from 1981 to 1991, they attended Inner Wheel School. In addition to their formal education, Rupali obtained the Professional Human Resources certification from SHRM in January 2007.
