Based in Buenos Aires, the majority of her career has been on the executive search side of recruiting with a heavy focus on talent mapping and research. With Pierpoint, she leads the talent mapping service and the customer success manager, ensuring the clients receive best-in-class support while internal teams get set for success.

Sabrina owned a boutique executive search firm for 9 years, where she had the pleasure to partner with global key companies like GlaxoSmithKline, Roche, Quintiles, KPMG, Danone, and DuPont for senior-level hiring needs. She also worked at Chevron where she led a team of 10+ talent acquisition specialists responsible for G&A roles across the US, Canada, and Latin America.
