Valeria Stupenengo

Valeria Stupenengo is currently the Director of Talent Operations, Solutions & Innovation at Pierpoint International, a role held since February 2024, where the focus is on transforming how businesses identify and recruit talent. Prior to this position, Valeria served as a Sr Director at Page Outsourcing from October 2022 to December 2023 and held various leadership roles at Cielo Talent, including Vice President of Client Services for LATAM and Sr Operations Director for Latin America from March 2016 to July 2022. Valeria’s career began at IBM in 2011 as an Operations Manager, following earlier roles at Kenexa and Sixto Recruiting LLC. Valeria holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication from the University of Buenos Aires and completed a Strategic Leadership Series at Lubar College of Business.
