Brian Banks

With over 30 years of financial and managerial experience in various industries including oil & gas, energy, petrochemical and healthcare, Brian provides valuable input into the company’s continued efforts to document business policies and procedures, as well as improve business processes. As Chief Financial Officer, his financial acumen and attention to detail ensures the company runs smoothly every day.

Prior to joining Pierpont, Brian served as the Chief Financial Officer for Texas Emergency Care Centers, who pioneered the emergence of standalone emergency rooms in local communities. Before that he was the Global Procurement Controller for Weatherford International, a leading worldwide oilfield services provider. Brian also served as Vice President of Finance and Operations for Maintenance Engineering Corporation, a distributor of valves and water conditioning chemicals to the petrochemical industry.

Outside of Pierpont, Brian is very involved in his community, having served in the Cy-Fair Volunteer Fire Department for 12 years and on the Board of Directors. He is currently involved in the Cy-Fair Independent School District, serving as a member of the district’s CPOC steering committee. Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and marketing with a minor in accounting from McNeese State University in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
