Florence de GOLICZ has extensive work experience in procurement and logistics management. They have held various roles in multiple companies, starting from 1996 to the present. Some of their notable positions include Head of Procurement Clinical Studies at Pierre Fabre Group, Procurement Consulting Specialist at Sanofi, and Directeur des Achats Groupe Phoenix at PHOENIX Pharma France. They have also worked in procurement and logistics roles in companies such as Teva Pharmaceuticals, Cephalon, Sandoz, Novartis Consumer Health, British American Tobacco, LEO Pharma, and Estee Lauder.

Florence de GOLICZ attended HEC Paris in 2008 to study Negotiating in an International Context. In 1987 to 1988, they pursued a Master's degree in Export at the Chambre Regional de Commerce et d'industrie. Florence then attended the Institut d'Etudes Judiciaires in 1986 to 1987 to prepare for a lawyer diploma. In 1985 to 1986, Florence completed their DESS degree in Legal (international law, finance and fiscal) at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in private law at the Université d'Orléans from 1982 to 1985. Their educational journey began with a BAC D in Scientific studies from Lycée Jean Zay Orléans, which they completed from 1977 to 1980.
