Helio Vidal Neto

Helio Vidal Neto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain and logistics management. Currently serving as S&OP Sr Manager at Pierre Fabre Group since June 2022, Helio is responsible for aligning various stakeholders to ensure optimal service levels for customers in the Dermocosmetic sector. Previously, as Warehouse Operations Manager at L'Oréal, from January 2015 to May 2022, Helio managed stock control, 3PL operations, and led a team to enhance performance and reduce costs. Helio's earlier roles at L'Oréal included Warehouse Operations Coordinator, Logistics Planning Coordinator, and Outbound Transportation Analyst, where significant contributions were made towards operational efficiency and cost reduction. Helio began a career as a Consultant and Project Analyst at ILOS, implementing supply cargo systems and developing KPIs for major clients. Helio holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and completed a finance program at COPPEAD UFRJ.
