Hubert began their career in 1995 at Groupe Renault, where they held various roles including Research and Development Engineer and Manager positions. During this time, they led projects related to autonomous driving and electric buses.

In 2011, Béchart joined Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, where they served as the Responsible for Big Data Development and played a crucial role in the digital transformation of the company. Hubert was responsible for developing a platform to collect and analyze real-time data from connected vehicles. Additionally, they served as the Cross Company Engineering Domain Referent, showcasing their expertise across different domains.

Most recently, Béchart joined the Pierre Fabre Group in 2018 as the Head of Data Science. In this position, they reported to the Chief Data Officer and was responsible for advising on strategic moves involving advanced data technologies. Hubert built roadmaps, set up the digital transformation plan, and led a team of highly skilled data scientists and engineers to deliver key digital projects and business use cases.
