Gene M. Burd is a Partner at Pierson Ferdinand LLP, part of one of the largest law firm launches in American legal history. With over 20 years of experience in international arbitration and litigation, Gene has held various roles at prestigious law firms such as FisherBroyles, LLP, Arnall Golden Gregory LLP, and Marks & Sokolov, LLC. As a Recommended Arbitrator at the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, Gene brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Gene holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School, an MSCE in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, and a Diploma in International Legal Studies from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
