Kimberly Dempsey Booher is a legal professional with a robust background in law and management. Currently a Founding Partner at Pierson Ferdinand LLP since January 2024, Kimberly has also served as Board Member and Vice Chairperson of Innovative Theater Arts since December 2021 and as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco since August 2022. Previously, Kimberly held key roles at FisherBroyles, LLP, including Managing Partner of West Coast Offices and Partner from January 2012 to January 2024. Kimberly began a legal career as an Associate in the International Practice Group at Alston & Bird LLP from September 1998 to December 2003. Kimberly's early experience includes diverse roles in software support, testing, technical documentation, and marketing at SIMCO from May 1993 to August 1995. Academically, Kimberly earned a JD, cum laude from Harvard Law School between 1995 and 1998 and a BA in International Relations, summa cum laude from Boston University from 1989 to 1993.
