Matthew DeFrancesco is the Founding Partner of Pierson Ferdinand LLP, having previously worked as an Antitrust Law Professor at New York Law School and as a Partner at FisherBroyles, LLP. With a background in business litigation, Matthew has held various legal positions including Associate Attorney at Troutman Sanders LLP. Matthew holds a J.D. magna cum laude from New York Law School and a B.S. cum laude in Economics from Villanova University.
