Project and Program Management

The Project and Program Management team at Pieta House oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of various initiatives and services aimed at providing therapeutic support for individuals in suicidal distress and those who self-harm. This team ensures that projects align with the organization’s strategic goals, manage risks, maintain quality and safety standards, and facilitate the engagement of volunteers and resources across the crisis helpline and therapy services.
