Annelot Menken

Annelot Menken is a seasoned professional in brand management and entrepreneurship, currently serving as a Brand Manager at Pietercil Barends since September 2023. As a co-founder of Menken Zuivel, Annelot has been instrumental in the production and sales of farm dairy products since January 2017. Previous experience includes co-owning Vegan Foodservice and co-founding World Wide Vegan, both focused on the marketing and distribution of plant-based and functional food brands in the Netherlands and Benelux. Annelot has also held roles in executive assistance and program coordination with RTC Rabbani Trading & Consulting BV and the Lutfia Rabbani Foundation. Annelot's educational background encompasses a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Communication Management and International Business from the University of Applied Sciences Schoevers, alongside studies in Human Resource Management and advanced French language proficiency.
