Curtis then joined Cowen and Company, where they worked in the Investment Banking healthcare group, handling equity, debt, and M&A transactions. At Square, Curtis served as the Finance & Strategy Head of Sales Finance, where they managed financial planning, quota targets, and pricing negotiations. Curtis then worked at Omio as a Business Operations Lead, leading company rebranding efforts and spearheading initiatives for U.S. expansion. Curtis also served as an Advisor at Carets, responsible for launching operations in the UK and Europe. At DoorDash, they held the roles of Head of Strategic Finance and GM of New Ventures, leading teams focused on improving merchant profitability, GTM initiatives, and pricing strategy. Currently, Curtis is the VP of Finance at Pietra.
