Mark Sottile is a Senior Associate at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP, specializing in employment litigation and counseling as well as commercial litigation. Since February 2022, Mark Sottile has represented employers in matters involving employment discrimination and wage and hour laws, in accordance with federal statutes such as the ADA, ADEA, Title VII, FMLA, OSHA, and FLSA, as well as applicable state laws.
