Scott A. Coffina

Scott Coffina serves as a Partner at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP since June 2023, previously held the same position at Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP from June 2022 to June 2023. Coffina has extensive experience in white collar criminal defense and corporate investigations, having served as Burlington County Prosecutor from April 2017 to June 2022, and as Senior Deputy Chief Counsel in the Office of Governor Chris Christie from August 2015 to March 2017. Additional roles include Partner at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP and Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads LLP, as well as Associate Counsel to the President during the George W. Bush Administration. Coffina began their legal career as an Assistant United States Attorney and held associate positions at Miller Alfano & Raspanti and Wiley Rein & Fielding. Educational achievements include a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. in Government from Cornell University.
