Or Khafi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Or started their career at Mamram in 2008 as a Unix/Linux Expert. Or then worked at Infolinks, Inc. from 2012 to 2015, first as an Infrastructure Engineer and later as an Infrastructure & DevOps Team Leader. In 2016, they joined Engie as a Backend Tech Lead and eventually became the CTO in 2019. Or Khafi's most recent position is at Piggy as the Backend/Data Tech Lead. In 2023, they transitioned to the role of CTO at Piggy.

Or Khafi completed a Self-Driving Car Engineer Nano Degree from Udacity in 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Economics and Computer Science from The Open University of Israel from 2011 to 2017. In addition, Or obtained a certification in Mathematics for Machine Learning Specialization from Coursera in 2020.
