Caroline Otterheim

Caroline Otterheim is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and team leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Marketing EMEA at Pigment since January 2025, Caroline plays a pivotal role in integrating AI-powered business planning solutions to enhance organizational agility. Prior to this, Caroline held the position of Marketing Advisor at VEDRA and spent nearly eight years at Snowflake, progressing from Marketing Manager to Director of Field Marketing EMEA while driving significant pipeline generation and alignment with sales teams. Earlier roles include Head of Marketing at Simmons Gainsford Group and Sales and Marketing Coordinator at neXus Technology. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance from Lund University and has completed an exchange semester in Business and Finance at City University of Hong Kong.
