Terry Archsmith

Terry Archsmith currently serves as the Head of Customer and Product Education at Pigment since August 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Anaplan from September 2021 to July 2025 as Sr. Director of Platform Training and GTM Enablement Director, where responsibilities centered around creating go-to-market enablement programs and content for the global GTM team. As Director of Sales Enablement and Client Training at Verint from June 2018 to October 2021, Terry led global sales and services enablement initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness. Earlier experience includes positions at ForeSee, where as Senior Sales Engineer and Enablement Lead, the focus was on customer experience data analysis and strategic recommendations. Additional roles at Borders Group, spanning inventory management and planning, contributed to a diverse skill set in business operations and sales enablement. Terry holds a Master of Arts in English Literature with a focus on Children's Literature and a Bachelor of Science in American History from Eastern Michigan University.
