Eglė Valančiauskaitė

Eglė Valančiauskaitė is a skilled UX UI Designer with extensive experience in data-heavy applications and brand identity development. Currently at Pihr since February 2022, Eglė focuses on enhancing user understanding in equal pay audit software through collaboration with product managers and developers. Previously, Eglė designed visual assets and conducted market research at Blue Spruce, contributed to marketing strategies at Grupa Maspex and Darom, and taught English at WILL ENGLISH SCHOOL. Eglė's early career included roles in web development and content administration, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas and training in UX UI WEB Design from Vilnius CODING School.
