Chris Donewald

Chris Donewald currently serves as the Head of Legal at Material Security, a Series C security startup, where responsibilities encompass commercial contracting, procurement, corporate governance, compliance, product counseling, data protection counseling, and employment matters. Additionally, Chris is a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsels, and serves on the Advisory Board for BreachRx, offering guidance on corporate governance issues. Chris has previously contributed as an Advisory Board Member for the Future of Privacy Forum, focusing on data privacy advocacy, and has held significant roles at Affirm, Inc., managing privacy legal teams and developing comprehensive privacy programs.
