Adam Saunders

Adam Saunders has extensive work experience in the field of technology and research. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a GIS & Remote Sensing Technician at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, and as an Undergraduate Researcher at University of Waterloo. In 2012, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Waterloo, where they focused on climate model analysis. From 2013, they worked as a Catastrophe Risk Analyst at Validus Research Inc., developing web tools to streamline and improve the process of analyzing catastrophe reinsurance risk. Adam also served as Co-Founder & CTO of PiinPoint, a YCombinator backed company that provides a location analytics web application for businesses.

Adam Saunders attended the University of Waterloo from 2009 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Geomatics with a focus in Computer Science, GIS, and Remote Sensing. In 2014, they also attended Y Combinator.
