Ageng Sajiwo has a diverse background in project management, entrepreneurship, and technology. Currently serving as a Project Management Officer at PUSAKA JAWA, Ageng also holds the title of Director at Future Skills by Pijar Foundation. With experience as a Co-Founder and CEO at RESTOKU INDONESIA, Ageng has a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Additionally, Ageng has been involved in various roles such as Training Facilitator at Google, Startup Mentor at BEKUP, and Founder at Djuragan Futsal and Milk n Cheese. With a solid educational background including a Master of Business Administration from University of the People and an Engineer's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada, Ageng brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table.

Pijar Foundation is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to empowering strategic players with the tools and expertise needed to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of tomorrow, for a better Future Planet and Future Talent. Our Future Planet focus is dedicated to anticipating and analyzing future issues to create a better and more comfortable planet for future generations. On the other hand, our Future Talent focus helps young Indonesian talent to be work-ready and world-ready for the future by mitigating disruptive challenges. Our philosophy is based on a "Human-Centered Future." Our goal is to restore humanity's position as the central focus of civilization, and technology should not be the sole focus. Instead, we believe in the importance of emotions, love, joy, and other human qualities in shaping the future. Our vision is to create a future that returns people to happiness, restores balance to the earth, and provides equal opportunities for all. To achieve these goals, the foundation has launched three key umbrella programs. The first, Global Future X, is a coalition of problem-solvers working to tackle some of the world's most pressing challenges. The second, Future Skills, is a platform for youth to upskill and reskill, preparing them for the future job market. Finally, Lestari is a platform that connects and supports strategic players to drive innovation and promote a sustainable future. These programs are designed to bring together individuals from different backgrounds and perspectives to collaborate and create positive change for the future.
