Connie S. Cain, PE, GC, MBA, CEM is a mission-driven utility executive and consultant with over 25 years of experience in infrastructure modernization and regulatory strategy. Currently serving as the Director of Performance Support at Pike Engineering, Connie leads cross-functional teams focused on improving utility performance and aligning infrastructure with long-term goals. Previously, Connie held roles including President at Cornerstone Energy Services of North Carolina and Sr. Project Manager at Kinder Morgan, overseeing significant capital programs and fostering partnerships across the Southeast. Connie's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.
