Don Flak

Don Flak, CLSSGB, is an Executive Director of Performance and Field Operations Support at the United States Postal Service, where they oversee the planning and implementation of processes to enhance productivity and service. Previously, Don held various financial and operational roles within the USPS, including District Finance Manager and Capital Metro Area Controller, managing budgeting, accounting, and compliance. They also served as Council President Pro-Tem for the City of Vermilion, Ohio, representing the community for five terms. Additionally, Don was the owner of North Coast Rate Consultants and North Coast Clothiers, contributing expertise in financial analysis and retail.
