Project Management

The Project Management team at Pike Industries is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion. This includes ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. The team members, which include Project Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Project Managers, work collaboratively to manage resources, schedules, and workflows, ensuring seamless integration between the company's asphalt, aggregate, and heavy highway divisions.
