Michael Jennrich has worked for a variety of companies since 2012. Michael began their career as an Umpire for the New Glarus Parks & Recreation Department in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an Information Technology Assistant for the New Glarus High School Technology Department. In 2018, they worked as an Engineering Co-op for Yaskawa America, Inc. - Drives & Motion Division. The following year, they were a Software Engineering Intern for the same company. In 2020, they worked as a Firmware Engineering Intern and a Firmware Engineer for PIKE Technologies.

Michael Jennrich attended New Glarus High School from 2012 to 2016 and earned a High School degree. In 2015, they attended Milwaukee School of Engineering. In 2016, they began attending University of Wisconsin-Madison and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering in 2020.
