Virjinia V. Koultchitzka (Jina )

Jina V. Koultchitzka has extensive legal experience, with their most recent role being Chief Legal Counsel at the Pikes Peak Regional Building Department since December 2017. In this role, they are responsible for providing legal advice, overseeing negotiations and agreements, managing litigation, and training board members. Prior to this, Jina worked as an Attorney/Member at Alpern Myers Stuart LLC from October 2005 to December 2017, and as a Law Clerk at the same company from May 2003 to October 2005.

Jina V. Koultchitzka started their education at the State Management School New Bulgarian University, where they obtained an Associate Degree in Business Administration and Management in 1995. Virjinia ("Jina") V. then pursued their Bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Colorado State University, specializing in Political Science - International and Comparative Studies, which they completed in 2001. Afterward, Jina attended the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, obtaining their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from 2003 to 2005. Virjinia ("Jina") V. further enhanced their skills and knowledge by attending the Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training (COBALT) in 2009, earning a Leadership Certificate in the field of Colorado Bar Association Leadership Training (COBALT).
