Donovan Blackburn

Donovan Blackburn is the current President & CEO at Pikeville Medical Center. Prior to this, they were the Regional Operations Manager at Ferrellgas from September 2001 to December 2003. In this role, they managed and led 22 plants in sales and operations in KY, WV, OH & VA. From January 2004 to June 2017, they were the City Manager at the City of Pikeville where they were the CEO & CFO of city operations. Donovan's previous role was at Lowes Homecenter where they were a Sales Manager, Store Manager & District Manager from January 1985 to December 2000. In this role, they managed and led 12 stores in 2 states as District Manager with over 200 million in sales.
