As Marketing Director at HealthPartners since May 2010, Phillip is responsible for strategic development and marketing for TRIA Orthopedics, Sports Marketing, and Specialty care, collaborating with major pro sports teams. Previous roles include Director and Buyer at Macy's Bridal, where Phillip led a large team and managed strategic direction in bridal marketing, and Strategic Negotiations Leader at Marshall Field & Company, achieving significant savings through innovative sourcing strategies. Phillip started the career at Dayton Hudson Corporation, excelling in marketing and event management. Phillip earned a BS in Retail Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
