Paul Marrable

Paul Marrable has over 20 years of work experience. Paul began their career in 1999 as the Call Center Manager for Motorplus, where they managed the introduction of new claims schemes into two call centers, met targets and maintained service level agreements, and provided strategies and recommendations to improve business performance. In 2015, they moved to My Minions Ltd as the Operations Director. In 2016, they joined Verisk Claims as the Protocol Manager. In 2019, they became the Head of Operations and Operations Manager for Pikl Insurance.

Paul Marrable attended Taverham High School from 1994 to 1998. Paul also obtained a Leadership and Management certification from ILM Influence, Leadership & Management in April 2019.
