Stephen Wilson has extensive work experience in the field of technology and project management.

Stephen began their career in 1989 as a Programmer at Altran Praxis, where they worked until 1991. Stephen then moved on to work as a Software Engineer at Altran Praxis from 1992-1993.

In 1993, they joined the University of York as a Research Associate, a position they held until 1997.

Stephen then joined York Software Engineering as a Consultant Software Engineer from 1998-1999, before moving on to NRTA as a Software Engineer in 1999.
