Sagnik Mukherjee

Sagnik Mukherjee has been working in the field of Machine Learning since 2021. Sagnik currently works as a Machine Learning Engineer for both Buncha and Kumi Labs (P) Ltd. Prior to this, they were an Academic-come-Guitar Instructor from 2012-2021. During this time, they taught Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry and Biology to students of grades ranging from VIII to XII and aspiring candidates of Medical and Engineering entrance examinations, as well as music and guitar to over 100 enthusiasts. In 2021, Sagnik also worked as a Data Scientist Intern for Economic Intelligence Bureau, GOVT OF MAHARASHTRA and towardsmachinelearning, where they conducted live sessions, posted SMC and articles on MLOps and gained hands-on experience in Azure ML model deployment and CI/CD pipeline using MLOps practices/principles. In 2020, Sagnik worked as a Machine Learning Engineer Intern for Heuro PVT LTD, where they worked on OCR projects and used appropriate knowledge of ML algorithms and some FrontEnd tasks. From 2018-2021, Sagnik was an Academic Head at Mahesh Tutorials, where they gained leadership and team management skills, client handling skills, and managed more than 300, X standard students.

Sagnik Mukherjee's education history includes a Bachelor's in Engineering from Careers for Engineering Students in Electrical Engineering from 2014 to 2018, a Senior Secondary Certificate from MKVVIV in SCIENCE from 2011 to 2013, and a High School Certificate from Julian Day School from 2001 to 2011. Sagnik also holds additional certifications from Udemy and the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) in 2020, as well as a Data Analytics in Python certification from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2020. Currently, Sagnik is pursuing an M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel Institute of Technology Munshi Nagar Andheri Mumbai, which they began in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2021.
