André Marbacher

André Marbacher has been with Pilatus Aircraft Ltd since March 2004, currently serving as the Teamleader Production Engineering Structure Assembly. Marbacher has played a key role in the development and manufacturing processes of various aircraft, including the PC-24, overseeing methodology related to structural assemblies and ensuring efficient workflows. Previously, roles included Production Engineer for the PC-24 and Fabrication, where responsibilities spanned from creating detailed manufacturing plans to employee training and process optimization. Earlier in the career, Marbacher worked as a CNC Machinist, handling complex integral machined parts and operating flexible manufacturing systems. Before joining Pilatus, Marbacher completed an apprenticeship as a polymechanic specializing in CNC manufacturing at B. Braun Gruppe. Educational qualifications include a Techniker HF in Unternehmensprozesse and a certification as Prozessfachmann.
