Adam Krotman serves as the General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at Pilatus Capital since February 2021, overseeing various aspects including legal, investor relations, compliance, tax, and operational matters within a venture capital firm focused on high-impact technology and early-stage companies. In addition, Adam Krotman is a Partner at Feuerstein Kulick LLP, where expertise includes tax, employee compensation, and general corporate counsel, and holds a Venture Partner position at Onlan Capital Ventures, which specializes in venture investing and partnerships in the APAC market.
