Chloe Pates has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as NPD Manager at Pilgrim's UK since October 2018, after previously holding roles as Senior Product Technologist and Product Technologist within the same company. Prior to Pilgrim's UK, Chloe worked at Freshtime UK Ltd as a Development Technologist from July 2016 to October 2018 and at Bakkavor as a Development Apprentice from July 2014 to June 2016. Chloe's educational background includes a FDQ Level 3 Diploma for Proficiency in Food Industry Skills from the National Centre for Food Manufacturing at the University of Lincoln, completed in 2015, as well as studies at University Academy Holbeach.
