Barry Tagen

Barry Tagen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Barry began their career in 1983 as a Senior Underwriter at the Massachusetts Property Insurance Underwriting Association. In this role, they gained valuable experience in underwriting and insurance operations. In 1992, Barry joined Epoxy Systems, Inc as an Operations Manager, where they were responsible for overseeing daily operations. Three years later, they transitioned to Pilgrim Insurance as the Director of Operations. In this role, Barry provided strategic and operational leadership to a multi-million dollar insurance services company, focusing on product development, marketing sales, and overall company operations. Their expertise led to successful execution of profitable growth opportunities and multiple product development initiatives.

Barry Tagen completed their Bachelor of Science in Management at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 1977 to 1981.
