Silvia Pinilla Baile

Silvia Pinilla Baile is an experienced Operations Manager at Pilgrim, handling the supervision and coordination of various divisions. Previously, Silvia worked as an International Account Manager at Grupo Hotusa and held various front desk positions at different hotels. Currently, Silvia runs a personal blog project dedicated to tourism called Ikigai Turismo. Silvia is also pursuing a Master's degree in Digital Marketing and Analytics at VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia.
