Nilesh Kambli has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Software Engineer at Vistaar Systems Pvt. Ltd. Nilesh then worked at HDFC Limited as an Assistant Manager- Retail Lending from 2013 to 2015. From 2015 to 2022, they held various roles at 91springboard including Hub Honcho, City Head - Mumbai, and Head, West Zone. In 2022, they joined The Souled Store as Vice President Customer Experience until 2023. Currently, they are working as the Senior Vice President - Customer Experience at Pilgrim.
Nilesh Kambli pursued their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Science from Vidyavardhini's College of Engineering & Technology, from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they furthered their education by completing a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing from the Sydenham Institute of Management Studies, Research & Entrepreneurship Education, from 2011 to 2013.
