Caroline McKinley FCIPD has extensive experience in human resources and people management, holding various leadership roles in companies such as Pilgrim's Shared Services, Glen Dimplex Heating & Ventilation, Premier Foods, and Moy Park. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Strathclyde and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ulster University.
