Brian Field

Brian Field possesses extensive experience in human resources and safety management, currently serving as both HR Director and Safety and Health Director for the Western PPC region at Pilgrim's, where responsibilities include overseeing facilities in multiple states. Previously, Brian held the position of HR Manager at a food manufacturing plant and has held various HR roles in companies such as AZUMA Leasing, Brown Distributing Company, and Pactiv Corporation, managing HR functions, compliance, and employee relations. Brian's early career includes serving as a Nuclear Propulsion Plant Operator in the US Navy, and academic qualifications consist of a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with specialized nuclear power training.
