Don Hill

Don Hill has extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety within the pet food and food manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager for Protein at Pilgrim's since 2017, Don has previously held leadership roles such as Director of Quality Assurance at Natural American Pet Products and Technical Services Director at Perfection Pet Foods. Don's expertise encompasses the development and implementation of quality assurance processes, sanitation protocols, HACCP compliance, and training personnel across multiple organizations, including Taylor Farms and Mars Pet Food. Don holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Management and Chemistry from Kansas Wesleyan University.
