John Croissant is an accomplished sales professional with over 25 years of experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Sales at Pilgrim's since February 2016, John has previously held significant roles at Open Range Beef LLC as the Sales and Logistics Manager, and at Colorado Natural, LLC as Retail Sales Manager and Sales and Processing Manager for the Maverick Ranch brand. John's expertise spans retail and food service sales, product development, and marketing across multiple companies, including Rochester Meats, Skylark Meats, Farmland/National Beef, and Monfort/Con Agra. John Croissant's educational background includes studies in accounting, real estate law, and architectural design at Aims Jr. College, complemented by a high school diploma from Platte Valley High School.
