Kendra Waldbusser currently serves as the Global Head of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Pilgrim's, a role held since March 2010. Prior to this, Kendra was involved in Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Tyson Foods from March 1997 to March 2010. Kendra also has academic experience, having taught human anatomy & physiology as an Adjunct Faculty member at Bethel University of Tennessee in 1996. Earlier in Kendra's career, research roles included working as a Research Technician and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Tennessee from January 1992 to June 1996. Kendra holds a Master's Degree in Comparative and Experimental Medicine and a Bachelor's Degree in Animal Sciences, both obtained from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
