Kloe Thomas

Kloe Thomas (Burris) is an accomplished legal professional with a strong background in regulatory compliance, legislative drafting, and agricultural law. Currently serving as Associate Corporate Counsel for Pilgrim's since March 2024, Kloe focuses on developing compliance control systems and conducting risk assessments. Prior experience includes serving as Legislative Counsel for the Texas Legislative Council, where legislative drafting in agriculture and natural resources was a key responsibility. Kloe has also contributed as a Research Fellow at the National Agricultural Law Center and held positions as Law Clerk for the Alabama Legislative Services Agency and Rosen Harwood, PA. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from The University of Alabama School of Law, a Master's in Agribusiness from Texas Tech University, and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics from the same institution.
